Hi!

I’ve been meaning to take a picture of this cactus that is in downtown Dallas for the past two weeks but haven’t had the chance. Finally made it by today. This is the first time I’ve seen it bloom since I’ve been working over here for 3 years or I just never noticed the blooms before. They are very pretty. I’m impressed with the landscaping in downtown. There are lots of native and drought tolerant plants along the streets and the medians, like this cactus. I found some yarrow growing a block away. It nice to know that the city is trying to conserve.
