Flooded

The rains have come late this year. I don’t think it has stopped raining since 5am this morning. It’s supposed to rain throughout the night and clear up for the weekend, then more rain sometime next week. The drain in the back yard is in over drive and the water is still slowly creeping up towards the back porch. It’s times like these I’m glad I have a good rain jacket. Duck has been hanging in the office the past few days doing nothing; just staying out of the rain.
